Job Context

  • The core responsibility of Sales officer is to ensure the business as per his personal target on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. They have to ensure the full cycle of sales activities from collecting sufficient data, making appointments & convert the prospects into the customer. They have to maintain a very strong relationship with the customers to open accounts &bring deposits. They have to maintain a strong commitment to the customers to provide expected services and support them for the other expected banking products. 

Job Responsibilities

  •     Achieve individual CASA & Deposit target on retail CASA & Deposit products daily, weekly & monthly basis set by respective Sales Team Manager.
  •     Collect and complete applications with all required documents on daily basis from good and prospective clients.
  •     Prepare call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis and submit to Sales Team Manager regularly.
  •     Ensure proper filling up of application forms by clients.
  •     Ensure collection of all documents from the respective clients only and also concerned regarding the authentication of those documents.
  •     Ensure proper service provided to each and every customers as par bank policy

    4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any university

    At least 1 year experience is required in related field. Experience in Bank/NFBI is preferred.
