Job Responsibilities
Achieve the monthly collection target set by the management
Call/SMS/visit (within/ out of city) and make all necessary communication with the customers on daily basis following banking norms
To identify the unreachable customers and redirect these for field visits with/without support of 3rd party agency
Attend customer and meet queries, prepare visit report
Follow line managers all instruction timely & accurately and write down detailed information on client in call sheet / collection software
Inform the line manager immediately for any dispute occur in times of call/ visit.
Conduct single visit/group visit to the customer/guarantors and maintain visit reports.
Take account wise corrective measure as necessary for effective collection steps for his/her assigned accounts
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate with CGPA 2 or 2nd Division
Minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.50 and above on 5.00-point scale (SSC & HSC)
Experience Requirements
Experience in similar field will be an added advantage
